HOW TO PAY FOR A BOOKING
Payment is by Bank Transfer when the Booking form is completed, please contact Mary the Booking Secretary who will give you the Bank details. Payment must be received 14 days prior to the Booking. There is a deposit payable at the time of booking
TO CANCEL A BOOKING
To Claim a refund a Cancellation notice has to be given at least 7 days before the booking. This can be by e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURN OF DEPOSIT
The deposit is returned after the event. The full deposit will be returned if the hall is left in a fit condition for the following people to use the hall.
Expectations are : All tables and chairs sanitized and returned to where they were found. The Floor is completely swept and any spillages have been mopped up using the bucket and mop in the Kitchen If using one of the smaller rooms there is a Henry Hoover available in the small back room.
The Kitchen worktops must be cleaned with sanitizer and all crockery and utensils put away.
Any breakages should be notified to the Caretaker before you leave.
All rubbish must be removed by yourselves. You can recycle but the Village Hall does not have room to do it.

CAN A BOUNCY CASTLE BE USED?
Yes the maximum size is no more than a 14ft on the bouncing area to allow for cushioning. The Bouncy Castle is in Front of the Stage due to the plugs needed are on the stage and the compressor is not in the way.

IS THERE ROOM FOR SOFT PLAY
There is plenty of room for soft play in the Main Hall as well as a Bouncy Castle
USE OF KITCHEN?
The serving hatch connects the kitchen to the main hall.
Other rooms when booked share the Kitchen facilities accessed through a small hallway.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS IN THE KITCHEN?
A microwave, large fridge, cooker with six hot plates, continuous fill urn that gives hot water for 40 cups of tea, cutlery and crockery for 120 people only available on request .
ARE CHAIRS AND TABLES AVAILABLE?
There are 6 tables 6ft by 3ft and 12 of 3ft square tables, chairs for 120 people. 20 toddler chairs and 2 toddler tables. The large tables and the toddler tables and chairs are on the stage. Please ask the caretaker where to find them if required. The other tables are on trolleys in the room
THERE IS NO WI-FI IN THE HALL
HOW DO WE GET INTO THE HALL TO SET UP FOR A PARTY
The Caretaker opens the door for you and will show you where everything is that you will need. He will come back to lock up and see that everything is as expected to return the deposit. Please sweep the Main Hall floor before leaving. Also Sanitize all chairs and tables that have been used Sanitize all kitchen sides IF CENTRAL HEATING IS ON PLEASE TURN THE RADIATORS BACK TO NO 2.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE FINISH EARLY
The Caretaker can be contacted by telephone to come to lock up earlier than planned.
WHAT TIME DO YOU LOCK UP ON A SATURDAY?
11pm finish on a Saturday And 10pm On a Sunday. All cars left over for the night will be locked in until the morning after.
CAN WE VIEW THE HALL BEFORE THE BOOKING
Arrangements can be made for you to look round the hall or other rooms before you use them. This has to be between bookings. Please ring Mary to arrange this on 07709933064
